Ether Collective LLC is a Talent and Management Agency based in Nashville, TN, that is currently undergoing the process of transitioning to a cooperative business. The vision of Ether is to use Hip Hop as a tool to create social and economic opportunities for minority communities, independent artists, and youth. Through the 2020 Grant & Loan Fund for Early-Stage Arts, Creative, and Cultural Cooperatives, AmbitioUS is providing Ether Collective with a one-year general operating support grant and technical assistance from Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative.
