Groupmuse PBC is a platform cooperative that brings musicians and audiences together for live performances (which are called “groupmuses”) in non-traditional spaces, such as living rooms, backyards, church basements, and public parks. The in-person performances occur in more than a dozen cities (from Albany, New York, to San Diego, California) around the United States. 

Groupmuse is a worker-owned cooperative of musicians. In 2023, AmbitioUS provided this important experiment in artist-ownership flexible support in the form of a $75,000 forgivable loan, along with an additional $25,000 in project support to help Groupmuse continue to refine its business model and its brand.
