SaboryArte is a food business based in Santa Ana, California, and is currently undergoing the process of transitioning to a cooperative business. The vision of SaboryArte is to preserve ancestral, pre-Hispanic foods and the Mexican culture while generating income for their worker-owners and serving the Latinx community. Through the 2020 Grant & Loan Fund for Early-Stage Arts, Creative, and Cultural Cooperatives, AmbitioUS is providing SaboryArte with a one-year general operating support grant and technical assistance from Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative.
